  • We offer a wide range of entertainment options including face painters, caricature artists, balloon twisters, henna and airbrush tattoo artists, DJs, floral stylists, and 360 photo booths. All entertainers are professional, insured, and vetted by HOST Events.

  • We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow for smooth coordination. Peak seasons may require even earlier booking.

  • Yes. All entertainment services require a 2-hour minimum booking. Some experiences (like DJs or photo booths) may require longer commitments depending on your event.

  • We provide entertainment services across Metro Boston, New England, New York City, and select cities throughout the U.S. Let us know your location and we’ll confirm availability.

  • Yes. All HOST entertainment partners carry insurance and meet our high standards of professionalism, safety, and guest experience.

  • Yes! Many of our experiences are perfect for all ages—great for employee appreciation days, family fun events, and corporate celebrations.
