  • Absolutely. Your company can select a local nonprofit to receive the completed projects. Don’t have one in mind? We’re happy to match you with a vetted charitable partner aligned with your mission.

  • We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially if your group is large or your preferred date falls in Q4 or during conference season. Last-minute requests are considered based on availability.

  • We’ve hosted events for teams of 30 up to 2,000+. Whether you're planning a small offsite or a national meeting activation, we’ll scale the event to fit your needs.

  • We handle all the logistics—setup, supplies, staff, and cleanup. We’ll work with your venue to ensure the space is ready, and provide a checklist if any items (like tables or AV) are needed.
